Nexus AI is a research and paper-trading tool. It is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or a financial institution, and it holds no customer money. This page says exactly what that means for you.

Nexus AI is not:
Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and nothing here is personalised investment advice.
The Auto-Invest feature places simulated orders in a paper-trading account provided by Alpaca. No real securities are bought or sold and no real money moves. Paper results are not a prediction of real results: simulated fills do not reflect real-world liquidity, slippage, fees or taxes.
Before any paper order can be placed, decisions are first tracked in a validation period (“shadow mode”) and measured against real price moves. This is a safeguard, not a performance claim.
Because Nexus does not execute customer orders, order-routing disclosures (such as SEC Rule 606), payment-for-order-flow disclosures and best-execution policies do not apply. Nexus receives no payment for directing orders anywhere.
Signals, research and AI Agent answers are produced by language models and statistical rules. They can be wrong, out of date, or based on incomplete data.
Important
AI-generated signals are for informational and educational purposes only and are not personalised investment advice. A model's confidence score is not a probability of profit. Past performance — simulated or otherwise — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any investment decision you make.
If Nexus ever offers brokerage, advisory or real-money trading, it will do so only after the required registrations are in place, and this page will be updated first. Until then, treat everything here as research.
